Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career.This position is based out of either the Leeds or Birmingham office, with hybrid working available. Occasional travel to client sites and buildings across the UK (primarily in the North and Midlands) will be required.The Role : As a Building Surveyor, you’ll be involved in a broad range of building surveying tasks, including :

• Measured Surveys : Preparation of floor plans, elevations, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD (proficiency required)
• Building Surveys : Condition surveys, schedules of condition, defect diagnosis inspections, and detailed measured surveys
• Project Building Surveying : Design, statutory consent applications, tender documents, project monitoring, and contract administration
• Building Pathology : Investigating defects, recommending solutions, and advising on costs and timelines
• Property Management : Producing planned maintenance programmes with associated costs
• CDM Services : (Desirable but not essential) including preparation of pre-construction informatio...
