Job descriptionDevelop and maintain networking solutions with a focus on routing and switching technologies Create and maintain product configurations and documentation Ensure solutions are scalable and stable through deep-dive lab testing Handle complex technical support issues via 3rd-level incident management escalations Strong understanding of internet and networking protocols Proficiency in Routing and Switching protocols, SNMP, and security protocols Experience with monitoring systems and RADIUS protocol Knowledge of Mikrotik, Ruckus, SD-WAN (desirable) Familiarity with firewalls, VPN technologies, and scripting (desirable) 35,000-38,000 basic per annum Company vehicle + fuel card
