in a bespoke manufacturing environment?If so, this could be the perfect role for you!The Role :

Workshop Supervisor , you'll be leading a small team in the

hands-on production of bespoke mechanical builds . You'll oversee projects from disassembly through to final reassembly, ensuring

quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction . Some client communication will be required, as well as occasional

on-site installation supervision .Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate a team of 5-6 workshop staffOversee bespoke mechanical builds, ensuring high standards are metWork closely with engineers and technicians to deliver high-spec projectsProvide hands-on support (welding, fabrication, mechanical fitting)Communicate with clients regarding project requirements and updatesEnsure health & safety compliance within the workshopManage resources to meet project deadlinesCoordinate logistics, including transportation, supplier relationships, and project documentationWhat We're Looking For :

Background in welding, fabrication, mechanical assembly, or similarSupervisory experience – leading a small team in a workshop environmentStrong communication skills – ability to liaise with clients and suppliersProblem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detailWillingness to travel for occasional on-site project workWhat's in it for You?
