We are looking for people who have some understanding of what drives behaviours and have a mindset that behaviour can be changed.About the role : Be an inspirational leader to Team Leaders, Deputy Managers and RSW's by supporting the induction of staff, ongoing training, managing performance, allocation of duties and responsibilities, managing shifts, record keeping and reports, budgets, petty cash, staff deployment and day to day supervision and oversight of the staff and young peopleEnsure that records such as care plans, risk assessments and anti-bullying plans are updated and reviewedWork with the management team to ensure that we achieve and maintain an OFSTED rating of good or outstandingWhat we require from a Registered Manager : A minimum of 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory role within the residential care sectorPrevious experience as a deputy manager, with at least 2 years in a role relevant to the residential care of childrenLevel 3 Diploma in Residential ChildcareWillingness to obtain a Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare within 2 years (if not already held)Full UK driving licence is essentialP...
