Internal Account Manager – Metal Stockholding & Distribution📍 Location : Morley / Leeds area💰 Salary : £28,000 – £32,000 + Annual Bonus🕒 Full-Time | Permanent | Office-BasedA well-established UK-based metal stockholder and distributor is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join its dynamic team in Leeds.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in technical sales within the metals industry. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent service, learning about high-performance materials, and supporting a wide range of industries, this role is for you.🔧 What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering tailored solutions across a range of sectors including manufacturing, construction, defence, and aerospace.
  • Provide quotations, manage orders, and support external sales teams to ensure seamless service from enquiry to delivery.
  • Use internal CRM and ERP systems to track communications and manage sales processes efficiently.
  • Understand customer project requirements and help match them with suitable stock and processing services.
  • Learn from experienced colleagues and gain knowledge of various metal grades, specifications, and cutting / fabrication services.✅ What We’re Looking For :
  • Some experience in sales, customer service, or office-based roles – ideally in a technical or industrial setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service ethic.
  • Confident with IT systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Eager to learn about metal materials and their applications.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple customer accounts.🎯 What’s on Offer :
