- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering tailored solutions across a range of sectors including manufacturing, construction, defence, and aerospace.
- Provide quotations, manage orders, and support external sales teams to ensure seamless service from enquiry to delivery.
- Use internal CRM and ERP systems to track communications and manage sales processes efficiently.
- Understand customer project requirements and help match them with suitable stock and processing services.
- Learn from experienced colleagues and gain knowledge of various metal grades, specifications, and cutting / fabrication services.✅ What We’re Looking For :
- Some experience in sales, customer service, or office-based roles – ideally in a technical or industrial setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service ethic.
- Confident with IT systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Eager to learn about metal materials and their applications.
