Job Description

Connect Appointments have new permanent opportunities available for Welders to join our established client in Kilmarnock!

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 30am to 4 : 30pm (with an early finish every Friday)

Salary : £41,730 per annum

The successful Welder will be responsible for :

  • Studying and working from drawings / project specifications
  • Calculating dimensions of parts to be welded
  • A mixture of coded semi-automatic welding and MIG welding
  • Using the appropriate tools for the preparation of welding

The ideal Welder will have :

  • Previous welding experience, possessing the relevant qualifications
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • The availability to start immediately
