Job Details :

Childrens Home Manager

Work with RI to safely manage a children's residential care home

Hold OFSTED registration for children's home

Manage the residential service, offering expert support to young people with EBD

Recruit, manage and develop staff team, alongside the HR team

Manage residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders and Support Workers

Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards

Work with SMT to ensure the service implements companies policies and procedures

Manage quality assurance

Manage budget

Working full-time, Monday - Friday, + on-call duties

Work within a national organisation that specialises in OFSTED regulated support services, offering development and career progression.

Epping based

Salary Details : Up to £50,000

Requirement Details :

Level 5 in leadership and management

Deputy or Registered Manager experience
