The successful candidate will work within a dedicated and experienced clinical and nursing team, ensuring the highest standard of care for patients experiencing acute mental health conditions.Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new services and care pathways.
- Support the local implementation of nursing strategies.
- Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure positive outcomes for service users.Essential Criteria :
- Registered Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
- Minimum of 12 months post-qualification experience.
- Relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in patient care.
