Job Title : Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)Location : North WestSalary : £36,150 - £38,600 + £5,000 Welcome Bonus (dependant on hours)Hours : Full Time, Part-Time, Days & Nights availableContract Type : Permanent, Full-TimeAbout the Role : A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a leading independent mental health service provider. The successful candidate will work within a dedicated and experienced clinical and nursing team, ensuring the highest standard of care for patients experiencing acute mental health conditions.Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new services and care pathways.
  • Support the local implementation of nursing strategies.
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure positive outcomes for service users.Essential Criteria :
  • Registered Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
  • Minimum of 12 months post-qualification experience.
  • Relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in patient care.
  • Ability to work flexibly and use a person-centred approach.Benefits :
