A successful building and property consultancy are looking for an enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Liverpool team.
The Quantity Surveyors' role
In this position, the Quantity Surveyor will manage a diverse portfolio of projects within the residential, mixed-use, and education sectors. Your duties will include both pre- and post-contract tasks such as cost estimation, budget planning, preparing contracts and tender documents, financial reporting, and facilitating client and site meetings.
Joining a dynamic and innovative team of 27, with a close-knit commercial group of three, this is the ideal time to step in as the company expands its QS department. With ambitious growth plans in place and a move to larger, more modern offices scheduled soon, you have the opportunity to join before this expansion takes off. This puts you in an excellent position to progress and advance your career within the team as the company continues to grow.
This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor who feels they've hit a ceiling in their current role and is eager to take a step up and progress. Or, alternatively, an established Quantity Surveyor seeking greater APC support and a clear progression route into a Senior role.
The Quantity Surveyor
The successful Quantity Surveyor will ideally have a RICS accredited Quantity Surveying Degree.
