Their dedication to this ethos was recognised with the "Excellence in Health and Safety" award at the Trade Awards 2020.Responsibilities : Setting out and surveying the siteImplementing strategies in line with management's directivesReviewing plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracyOverseeing quality control and health and safety protocols on siteObtaining permits and warrantsMaintaining company quality proceduresMeeting project deadlines and budgetsMentoring and supporting junior staffAssisting the team with additional site engineering tasks as neededRequirements : Previous experience as a Site Engineer with a civil engineering contractorExperience in setting out for groundworks and infrastructure projectsRelevant civil engineering qualification (HND / C or Degree)CAD or ground modelling knowledge is desirable but not essentialValid CSCS card and UK driving licenseBenefits : Competitive salary, generous holiday entitlement, and pension.This role could be an excellent opportunity for someone with on-site engineering experience looking to transition to a more office-based role.
