Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent, full-time Employment Litigation Lawyer to join the UK&I Legal team. The role will be primarily home-based, with occasional travel to UK offices. The role will be 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

  • Conducting Employment Tribunal Litigation through process.
  • Drafting documents pleadings, statements, Bundles.
  • Advocacy and attending trials and hearing to conclusion.
  • Engagement with external advisers (Counsel / Solicitors) where instructed.
  • Additional HR support to HRAs.
  • Additional shadowing work / Support for Senior (HR) Counsel DP and internal investigatory.
  • Preparation of newsletters, training materials, and lessons-learnt documents (and delivery).
