to join their team in Leeds, Yorkshire.You will be helping to deliver the increasing demand for contractual compliance and asset and facilities management expertise on behalf of Schools, Academies, Local Authorities and Social Housing clients across public sector commissions. The role will provide the support in identifying, locating, analysing, recording, and processing contractual information in relation to clients projects.Support Desk and Data Analyst , the role : Acting as a dedicated first point of contact on helpdesk support system, providing timely and professional assistance to clients on matters relating to their facilities and estateCollecting issues information (over the phone)
understanding, empathising and providing solutions to clients in a polite and calm mannerMonitoring the responses and recognising trends in relation to Contract performance and service standard management outcomes - reviewing data from contractor CAFM systemsManaging monthly reporting against payment mechanisms and deduction profilesProviding planned and ad hoc reports to clients regarding the service activities across the Help DeskContributing to the efficient and effective working of the support desk service functionOverseeing and challenging the appropriateness performance data within the contractual settingManaging client data collection system updates and data collection - ensuring that helpdesk records are kept accurate and up to dateProcessing monthly report data and administering technical distributionMaintaining strict confidentiality of information that may be disclosedProviding feedback to the management team regarding the effectiveness of the service desk function, common issues, trends and potential improvementsFull Job Description will be provided upon application.Support Desk and Data Analyst , the person : Advanced Excel skills (ability to create and amend PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and other similar advanced formulas)Effective communicator who can deliver information in a constructive and empathetic mannerExperience analysing, comparing, interpreting and presenting complex data setsAbility to translate operational / contractual requirements into actionable data insightsStrong organisational skills, high attention to detail and ability to work to deadlinesKnowledge of optimising data processes - understanding data and being able to provide insight and analysis through clear visual and verbal communicationComfortable working in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure and to tight deadlinesCapable of presenting spreadsheet information including numerical dataSupport Desk and Data Analyst , the benefits : 25 days Annual Leave (pro rata), plus Bank Holidays and day off for your BirthdayFlexible hours working arrangementsPrivate Medical InsuranceAnnual bonus schemeProfessional development and training supportOf
