Food Safety and Quality Auditor

Working on behalf of our client, a renowned chilled food manufacturer, Mach Recruitment is currently looking for a Food Safety and Quality Auditor.

You will ensure that the company meets all necessary legislative and customer standards, as well as food safety best practice guidance through a robust quality management and risk assessment approach.

Key Responsibilities :

• Development of HACCP
• Work closely with QA and operations teams
• Improve controls around food safety
• Run regular HACCP meetings
• Actively take part in customer visits and audits
• Conduct internal audits

Skills and Experience :

Ideally a Degree / HND in Food Science, Technology or a science-based subject

Extensive technical experience within food manufacturing

Experience dealing with multiple retailers

Trained to HACCP Level 3 as a minimum

Role :

Permanent

Salary DOE

Monday to Friday

8.30am-5.00pm
