• Scope : Fit out and refurbishment (drylining, painting, finishing)

• Permanent Opportunity : Option to go permanent after 13 weeksResponsibilities : 1. Preparing and analyzing costings for tenders. 2. Managing project budgets and advising on cost-saving measures. 3. Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs. 4. Negotiating and procuring materials and subcontractor services. 5. Monitoring and controlling project expenditure. 6. Valuing completed work and arranging payments. 7. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. 8. Preparing and submitting detailed progress reports. 9. Liaising with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders. 10.
