The Role

As General Manager, you will : Oversee daily operations , ensuring an outstanding guest experience.Lead and develop a strong team , delivering high standards of service and quality food.Manage food and drink offerings , keeping the menu fresh and engaging.Drive sales and profitability

while maintaining efficiency.Maintain and promote the function room

as a key event space.Create an electric atmosphere for live sports and social events .What We're Looking ForProven experience

in a senior hospitality management role.Strong

knowledge of gastropub food and drink .A
