e0ad8) I am looking for a personal assistant to support me for 13 hours a week at £12.00 an hour. I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (C.F.S) which means that I have very limited energy, and limited energy with which to communicate. This can vary at different times.The hours would be split over 3 days . I can be flexible as to which days these would be.I am looking for someone who is calm, mindful, sensitive, and comfortable with being quiet when I need them to be. Some understanding of C.F.S. would be helpful.Ideally I would like someone who has a holistic outlook on life, or can at least be sympathetic and open to that in me.You would need to be reliable and able to use your own initiative, while at the same time respecting the way I like things done.The tasks would be : Cooking; This would be batch cooking, simple healthy meals using organic ingredients. I would like the cooking to be done in your own home. You would need to have a good sense of hygiene and use environmentally friendly, non-toxic cleaning products in your kitchen. Shopping; Some local and some onlineLaundry and light household tasksSome support with post and correspondence on my behalf.Lifts to appointments when necessary and small trips out.All applicants must be willing to undertake an enhanced disclosure and barring check.
