• Supervising a team of up to 15 production operatives
• Ensuring all team members are working safely and to the daily production schedule
• Working within a large manufacturing site – this is a role for someone who’s comfortable being on their feet and active throughout the day
• Maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive working environmentThis is a purely supervisory role and a crucial hire due to a recent increase in contracts. The company operates Monday to Friday on day shifts, 7.00am to 3.30pm, with regular overtime available.Pay is offered on an hourly basis, ranging from £18 to £21 per hour depending on experience.
