Your Role

Your Responsibilities
- Complying with all relevant legislation and agreed procedures to ensure a safe and legal working environment and consistent quality standards.
- Maintaining and promoting a positive image of Kuehne + Nagel Government and Defence with safe and high driver standards and positive driver behaviours.
- Following all delivery, collection, and returns procedures; maintaining and managing company equipment; and being responsible for the security of the vehicle and load at all times.
- Reporting vehicle defects and ensuring that the defect is documented; complying with Driver’s regulations and Working Time Directive in line with the O License legislation and Company procedures.
- In addition to these duties, you may be required to undertake other duties in line with the needs of the business, where appropriate training is provided.
- Ensuring all documentation is completed as per company procedure.
- Operating a FLT or other MHE as trained and when required.
- Following all housekeeping tasks as required.
- Working Monday to Friday with flexibility, as working overtime and nights out may be required.
Your Skills and Experiences
Must hold a current class C+E licence.Preferred ADR Class 1-9 – Less 7.Preferable to hold a valid Forklift Counterbalance licence.Basic numeracy and conversational English language skills.Hold a valid driver qualification card.Preferred 2 years driving experience.Good Reasons to Join
