Job descriptionClearfield Recruitment have partnered with a leading provider of high-quality roofing solutions, with a strong reputation built over decades of excellence. We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join the team, playing a key role in securing and delivering successful projects.As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for a variety of roofing projects. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure cost-effective and high-quality solutions. Hybrid working can be offered, providing flexibility alongside office-based collaboration in Norfolk.Key Responsibilities of this role will include; Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions Reviewing specifications, drawings, and contract documents Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors Conducting site visits and assessments where required Supporting project handovers and liaising with delivery teams Providing expert advice on cost-saving and value engineeringThe ideal applicant will possess; Proven experience as an Estimator, ideally in construction or roofing (roofing experience is advantageous) Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesThe successful applicant can expect to receive; Competitive salary (£40,000 - £60,000 DOE) Hybrid working options for better work-life balance Career growth opportunities within a reputable company A supportive and collaborative team environmentIf this opportunity is of interest, and you have the desired skills and experience, apply now
