Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Litigation- Contentious Probate team as a Paralegal.

What we need from you

  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to organise their work with shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Be able to be flexible and adaptable.

What you'll be doing (but not limited to)

  • Acting as point of contact for clients (new and existing) and internal and external contacts.
  • Diary management and inbox management including making appointments and bookings, diarising hearings and deadlines.
  • Compilation and checking of trial bundles, instructions to counsel, court documentation etc, requiring the use of Bundledocs and Form-Evo software.
  • Providing prompts and reminders for fee earners' deadlines.
  • Assisting with preparation of standard form correspondence.
  • Liaising with the PA support team.
  • Assisting with other fee earning tasks (where required).
  • Matter management, to include organisation of documents files on iManage.
  • Diarising and chasing bill payment from clients.
