About the Role
We are currently looking for a skilled and compassionate Family Solicitor to join an established firm in Shropshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in family law who is committed to delivering excellent client service and achieving the best outcomes for clients during sensitive and challenging times.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, separation, financial settlements, and child arrangements
- Advising clients clearly and empathetically on legal rights, options, and processes
- Representing clients at court hearings and during negotiations, where necessary
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation to a high standard
- Maintaining accurate case files and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
