A client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting a Logistics Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm and paying £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.Key Duties include but are not limited to : Coordinate and monitor supply chain operationsPrepare shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)Liaise with transport providers, freight forwarders, and customs agentsTrack shipments and resolve any delivery issuesMaintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventoryProcess orders and liaise with internal departments (sales, warehouse, purchasing)Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Logistics Administrator position : Proven experience in a logistics distribution and supply chain role Highly organisedStrong communication skillsProficiency in MS Office packagesIf you feel like you meet the above criteria & would like to be considered for this Logistics Administrator position, please apply with your CV
