This is a full time role, working an average 5 day week between 08 : 30 - 18 : 00 with every other weekend off.

About the role :
Our Sales and Retention Manager’s purpose is to develop Vantage’s name, group approach for customer retention and ensure there is accountability at a centre level. This is to enable us to deliver consistency in approach and performance for retention, increasing customer lifetime value. The role will develop and execute renewal strategies and manage the tracking of retention activity within the centre. Our Finance Renewal Manager will support the centre in ensuring they are set up for success to deliver retention activity, building relationships and providing coaching to help them achieve their goals. This role will form part of the Sales Management team.
