Position : KS3 / KS4 Cover Supervisor

Location : Bognor Regis

Hours : Full time

Salary : £90-£120 per day

Role Overview

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the role of supporting classroom learning by overseeing lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons and activities as directed by teaching staff.
  • Manage student behaviour effectively, promoting positive engagement and adherence to school policies.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and senior leadership to uphold educational standards and contribute to the overall success of the school.
  • Support the academic and personal development of students by fostering a culture of respect, inclusivity, and cooperation.

    • Requirements :

  • Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and engage students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across various subject areas and year groups.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to follow pre-prepared lesson plans.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to student welfare and achievement.
