Our client is an independent, property companybased in Cambridgeshire. They have a rare opportunity for anexperienced Property Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Specific responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring high occupancy levels at all times
- Create quality adverts to attract prospective tenants
- Respond to incoming enquiries in a timely fashion
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Confirm new tenants and maintain ongoing relations
- Liaise with tenants regarding maintenance queries
- Assist with the continued growth of the business
- Any other relevant duties as required
