• Undertake detailed surveys, including condition assessments, defect analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and tender documents.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Assist in contract administration, working with various JCT contracts.
• Advise on maintenance, repair, and statutory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to planning and building regulations.
