We are looking for an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our nursing home in Staines. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on a leadership role and ensure high-quality care for residents during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and support the night care team to provide person-centered care.Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and well-being.Administer medication and ensure accurate record-keeping.Monitor residents throughout the night and respond to any needs promptly.

Requirements :
