We are looking for a Trainee Property Manager in Leicester—no prior experience in the role is necessary, though a background in customer service is useful! As a Trainee Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Leicester, you will receive :

  • 25000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Company Car
  • Full-time working hours : 8 : 30am to 6pm weekdays, and 9am to 5pm one-in-four Saturdays.

    • How you will make an impact as a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Leicester :

  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and / or renewals
  • Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and / or repair issues at properties
  • Deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints
  • Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
