Site Manager – High End External Refurbishment Project – KnightsbridgeFuture Build are currently seeking a Site Manager to work for our client – a medium sized refurbishment contractor based in Central London.They are currently seeking a Site Manager to deliver the 2nd and then subsequent 3rd phase of very high-end residential mansion block refurbishment project in Knightsbridge.The majority of the works are external and include scaffolding, cleaning & restoring brick / stonework, roof works, window repairs as well as some internal works such as redecoration of communal areas.The position will report a Contracts Manager who oversaw the first phase and is hands on with help and assistance and knows all stakeholders. You will also have assistance from an Assistant Site Manager who deals with a lot of the tenant lesion as the building is in occupation.Must have site qualifications : SMSTSFirst AidBlack CSCS Card (desirable)If you are an experienced Site Manager with a previous track record managing similar projects we would love to hear from you.
