Position : Volkswagen Light Commercial Van Sales Executive

Location : Volkswagen Van Centre Cardiff

Salary : Basic Salary £20,000 pa. plus commission plus company vehicle and benefits. As you develop and gain more experience, you can look forward to earning between £40k and £45k with uncapped earning potential.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate trainee vehicle sales professional to join our expanding Volkswagen Van Centre sales team selling our range of new and used vehicles. Ideal applicants will come from a retail sales background, and must have a stable career history. Full training will be given and you will be expected to attend courses to further your skills. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading dealer group that values its employees, this is a long-term career opportunity for the right candidate.

What we are looking for someone who has :

• Previous, proven experience of working within a customer focusing sales environment
• Warm and friendly personality portraying a professional image to all customers (both face to face and over the phone)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Know and understand how important it is to use social media, video and chat platforms to engage with customers, and your not afraid to use them.
• Must possess a full, clean driving licence – no drink driving convictions for insurance purposes
