Job Title : EYFS Teaching AssistantLocation : North West England, Lancashire, PadihamJob Type : Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hoursPrimary Industry : Education - EYFS Salary : £12.90 - £13.50 Per hourJob Duties : Assist in implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework Plan and adapt activities in the contiuous provision to meet the needs and interests of children Have an excellent understanding of play-based learning Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessonsProvide one-to-one support to children with additional learning needsHelp create a safe and stimulating learning environmentAssist in assessing and recording children's progressCommunicate effectively with parents and carersDeliver interventions to groups of childrenDeliver Phonics sessions to promote and encourage Early ReadingRequired Qualifications : Minimum of GCSEs in English and MathsLevel 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years EducationEducation, Experience, Knowledge and Skills : Demonstrated experience working with young children in an educational settingUnderstanding of the EYFS framework and its implementationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamUnderstanding of Phonics and Early Reading - preferably experience teaching a Phonics schemeIf you are interested in this role, please apply with your CV, outli...
