My client is looking for an experienced Estates / Facilities Administrator to join immediately on an ongoing temporary assignment with the possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate. The overall purpose of the role will be to act as a point of contact for all staff in the building, dealing with estates and building-related enquiries and ensuring that financial processes and ordering of goods and services are completed in a timely and efficient manner. There will also be a requirement to maintain general office procedures and processes and provide senior admin and diary management support to senior staff.

The role is city centre based and the hours of work are Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
