Senior Site Manager

A Site Manager / Senior Site Manager is required for a Residential Development business who is building a block of 56 new build apartments in Tonbridge, Kent.Reporting to the visiting Contracts Manager you will be responsible for managing the construction of a development, including all associated pre commencement works, ensuring that targets are met regarding health and safety, delivery to build programme quality, customers care, and cost.Responsibilities : Ensuring compliance on site.Co-ordinating labour and resources on siteManage material levels on site to ensure the minimum amount of stock.Ensuring that all plots are built to the highest standard of quality.Undertaking company directed quality control procedures and inspections.Monitoring and controlling the cost of production, and approving payment to contractors and trades where appropriate.Initiating and attending plot inspections with the Local Building Inspector.Carrying out toolbox talks or similar on-site briefings.Liaising proactively with other internal departments, externals suppliers and partners to ensure the build programme is achievedTo deliver a high standard of site presentation at all times.Suitable candidates must have : 3 / 5 years as a Senior Site ManagerResidential Contracting experienceStable career historyValid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Inspection etcOn offer : £70,000 - £80,000 per annum basic£6,500 car allowance and fuel card15% Bonus5% pensionEmployee only healthcare25 days annual leave
