Manage the end end bid process, ensuring timely high-quality submissions.

Provide document control and general administrative support for the business development department.

Coordinate internal bid processes with accuracy and compliance.

Facilitate, host and attend external tender meetings

Work closely with internal departments and supply chain to obtain bid content
