- To be considered for this role you must be qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a current active NMC Pin
As a Nurse your key duties include :
Adopt a systemic, individual approach to all patient care plans and communicate the outcomes to the clinical team both verbally and in writing, ensuring all CPA and risk assessment documentation is kept up to dateEnsure effective communication of any concerns relating to patient careDeputise in the absence of the Ward Manager and their Deputy to manage the staffing and clinical needs of the ward as requiredSupport and supervise new or junior assist and support regional management in developing and implementing new servicesManage the assessment, implementation and evaluation of individual patient care plans while promoting a professional working environment to ensure a high standard of patient careThe following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role :
Knowledge of NMC guidelines, requests and professional practicesEvidence of post registration continuing professional developmentDemonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality.Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practiseExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThe successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £34,900 - £37,227 per annum.
