Estimator - Construction Sector

Bristol Area, good links to M4 and M5

Up to £40K plus pension, 34 days holiday

Mon-Fri, 39 Hours week, flexible start and end times

Are you an ambitious candidate with experience in an estimating related position within the construction sector looking for a permanent, autonomous, varied opportunity to grow your career in a growth area for the business?

The company is seeking a skilled estimator who will be responsible for :

  • Preparing accurate estimates for construction projects.
  • Analyzing project plans and specifications.
  • Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders.
  • Maintaining relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Completing bid proposals and presenting them to clients.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Experience in a similar estimating role within the construction industry.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
