Job Overview

We are seeking a Working Supervisor to oversee site teams and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards. Reporting to the Project / Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising on-site operations, maintaining health & safety compliance, and ensuring efficient project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the on-site team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
  • Liaise with the Project / Site Coordinator to keep projects on schedule.
  • Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety updates.
  • Oversee site cleanliness, PPE compliance, and equipment maintenance.
  • Report site changes, incidents, and client instructions to management.
  • Ensure timely submission of timesheets and accurate financial measurement of completed works.

Essential Requirements

  • CSCS Blue Card (training provided).
  • EUSR Water Hygiene Card (training provided).
  • Confined Spaces Certificate (training provided).
  • SSSTS (training provided).
  • Experience supervising site teams in construction or utilities.
  • Ability to work independently, lead a team, and problem-solve.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel and work away when required.

    • Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in clean water, wastewater, or environmental sectors.
  • Additional construction industry certifications.
