Job description

Salary : £25,000 - £26,000 per annum (plus company-wide quarterly bonuses)

Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (office-based)

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email.
  • Processing orders, quotes, and inquiries swiftly and accurately.
  • Assisting customers with queries, problems, and basic product information.
  • Managing returns, credits, and other administrative tasks with precision.
  • Engaging in proactive sales activities, such as following up on quotes and inquiries.
  • Supporting the external sales team to ensure targets are met.

Requirements

  • A quick learner who can efficiently handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Someone who excels in customer interaction and remains calm in stressful situations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer systems.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or a strong willingness to learn.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a team-focused environment.
