As a Mortgage & Protection Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in providing top-notch service to our valued customers. Collaborating with industry experts, you'll build meaningful relationships and contribute to our shared mission of financial empowerment. You’ll be an enthusiastic and driven individual, with high attention to detail and great people skills!
Your responsibilities will include :
Engaging with the New Business team to take qualified leadsSkilfully navigating the financial landscape of your customer to source the most suitable products tailored to requirementsMaintaining thorough knowledge and understanding of lender criteria, to ensure precise suitabilityDelivering impactful sales calls, providing well-researched recommendations rooted in comprehensive product knowledgeCollaborating closely with lenders to facilitate smooth case processingWorking in tandem with the Case Management team to work cases towards successful completionProactively following up on leads and diligently chasing cases for updatesAchieving minimum targets with meticulous care and attentionUpholding personal performance standards of excellenceStaying abreast of evolving FCA requirements and industry changesFulfilling CPD requirements to maintain professional competenceAdhering to company compliance protocols, promptly addressing feedback and implementing necessary actionsPromoting best advice and setting a stellar example in customer careChampioning the brand and upholding best practices consistently.This list represents the core responsibilities, yet our team members are encouraged to embrace additional duties and tasks as directed by management.

Role requirements
CeMAP qualified or equivalent (CF1 / CF6 / RO5)Proven experience of working successfully to sales targetsAbility to respond quickly to training and adapt to changes within the industryProven experience in outbound sales, objection handlingAble to carry out processes in a compliant mannerAble to demonstrate achievements against a wide range of competenciesExperience in a busy sales environmentCurrent experience in a regulated finance company advising on mortgage & protection productsAll the perks!
