Growth & Marketing Manager Wanted – D2C & Performance Marketing Expert

Boot Buddy is looking for a data-driven, strategic, and creative Growth & Marketing Manager to take our brand to the next level. If you have a strong background in D2C, paid social, performance marketing, and retention strategies , this is the perfect opportunity to shape a growing business.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Leading growth initiatives across acquisition and retention, optimizing performance on Meta, Google, and CRM.
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies to drive revenue, improve ROAS, and increase customer LTV.
  • Analysing data and running A / B tests to improve conversion rates, reduce CAC, and increase engagement.
  • Creative strategy & testing – working closely with content teams to develop high-performing paid media assets.
  • Managing product launches and coordinating cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
  • Overseeing email & CRM strategies to drive repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
  • Staying ahead of trends , continuously testing new channels and strategies to scale growth.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven experience in D2C growth marketing , with a focus on performance marketing and customer retention.
  • Strong understanding of paid social, CRM (Klaviyo), Google Ads, Shopify and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) .
  • A results-driven mindset, with experience optimizing ROAS, CAC, AOV, and LTV .
  • Data-driven, with experience in A / B testing, landing page optimization, and analytics tools .
  • Strong creative sense – ability to brief, test, and iterate on content for paid performance.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with agencies or internal teams.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills , capable of juggling multiple campaigns at once.
