Primary Teacher (KS2) – Exciting Opportunity

Location : Cullompton, Devon

Contract : Full-Time

Start Date : ASAP

Salary : £31,650 - £43,606 per annum

Your Role as a KS2 Teacher :

  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that cater to a range of learning needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels encouraged to succeed.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to aid their academic growth.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow teachers, support staff, and parents to create the best learning experience for pupils.
  • Support students’ social, emotional, and personal development alongside their academic progress.
  • Maintain effective classroom management, ensuring a respectful and stimulating learning space.

What We’re Looking For :

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Previous experience teaching Key Stage 2 pupils.
  • A creative and enthusiastic teaching approach that inspires and motivates young learners.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and parents.
  • Excellent classroom management abilities to establish a structured and supportive environment.
  • A commitment to fostering the academic and personal development of every student.
