Job Role : Recruitment Consultant
Reports to : Divisional Director - Halo Recruit
Hours : 42.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 08.00-17.00 + weekly 'on call' rota
Location : Halo Recruit - Mansfield Branch
Introduction & Job Purpose
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the team at Halo Recruit , the A-Z branch division of Challenge-trg Recruitment, based in Mansfield. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment regulations and standards.
