Project Manager - Fire Systems

This independent AOV and fire detection systems installer requires a senior project manager to cover the London area (in and around the M). This exciting role comes with a basic salary of up to £, (negotiable) plus bonus, car allowance, holiday, medical insurance and other benefits. The typical size of these AOV and fire installation projects will be from (c) £k to over £m, the successful applicant will be responsible for running multiple projects that need to be delivered on time and within budget, capitalising on any commercial opportunities whilst liaising with the client and managing contractors, so excellent contractual and commercial experience will be needed for this role. This is a great opportunity to work for a well-respected independent fire systems installer in a senior project role.

Candidates for this role need a proven track record in successfully delivering fire detection (and ideally AOV) projects, being both commercially and contractually aware, and ideally being electrically or mechanically qualified with excellent working knowledge of BS and BS . A full driving licence and the ability to communicate well with clients and contractors alike are also essential to the position.
