Position Overview :

The Field Service Engineer will focus on the servicing, maintenance of specialist vehicles and other company equipment, you will be responsible for :

• Fault diagnosis, repair and routine maintenance of specialist vehicles and other company equipment.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer, and industry guidelines.
• Keeping up to date with administrative responsibilities ensuring that all routine maintenance or repair work is subject of an accurate and timely written report.
• Evaluating, modifying, and preparing machines for hire at Dawsongroup EMCdepots and customers locations.
• First Line Repair, Fault Reporting for second line repairs and providing technical advice to third party engineers where required.
