My client are expanding their projects across Scotland and have an exciting opportunity for a new Managing Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to help manage this exiting venture. This position will support the Work Winning team on new frameworks with current DNOs and get existing tender over the line.

You will have the opportunity to build and develop a new commercial strategy and team.This role will challenge all your commercial acumen as this position will require dual role, acting as the lead commercial support for the region until the team grows.

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include :

• Form and manage the local commercial team and practices, advising senior management on the commercial risks and opportunities on Contracts from tender to completion.
• Responsible for the Commercial performance of several frameworks.
• Providing commercial support and advice to Work Winning and other functions as required.
• Support the Commercial Director in preparing the regional management accounts and contributing to Contract Reviews.
