Learning, Development & Onboarding Partner
We have a fantastic opportunity at CSG Talent to join us as our Learning, Development & Onboarding Partner - a pivotal role within the People Team, working closely alongside our Head of L&D. This opportunity is a could be for an experienced L&D professional who is looking to take their next step, or an experienced Recruiter who is looking to step into a more supportive role.
Please note that this is an onsite role in Horsforth, Leeds.
The Role :
Global Onboarding for New Starters
- Working with key stakeholders to ensure the best onboarding experience for all new colleagues.
Training of New Starters
The first 6-8 weeks of a new colleagues time with CSG will be working closely with you to get up and running!Delivering Continuous Company-wide Training
Continually assess and review current training material to ensure it remains current & relevant for the business and create updated content as and when required.Continuous Improvement
As the Learning and Onboarding Partner you will also be responsible for managing, evaluating, and improving the technological tools and systems that support CSG Talent's Tech Stack.System Optimisation & Implementation
Regularly assess current platforms and technologies to ensure optimal performance and effectiveness.What You Bring to the Table :
