What you’ll be doing :

As a Meter Technician you will manage your own workload, allowing you to take charge of how you work and choose your own hours with the support of a big organisation behind you. Your day-to-day activities will include :

• Obtain accurate readings from water meters
• Carry out meter exchanges – (Full training will be provided)
• Collect meter data
• Lastly and most importantly, provide excellent customer service to our Anglian Water customers

You are responsible for organising your own time and have the flexibility to plan your own day to meet the meter reading targets.

Working a 37-hour week. Your hours are flexible between the working window of 6 : 30 to 20 : 00 Monday to Friday and 08 : 00 to 14 : 00 on Saturdays this includes early morning starts and late evenings until 8pm as this is when our customers are most likely to be at home.
