Accommodation Co-ordinatorPerm role £25396 + 10% discretionary bonusHammersmith, West London My client, a residential rental company, developing properties across the UK for students and Private rental are currently recruiting for an ‘admin savvy’ Accommodation Co-ordinator to join their site in Hammersmith. This role is to start immediately!You will join a small team of 4 and will be working very closely with their experienced Accommodation Co-ordinator and Accommodation Manager.The role entails : Communicating effectively, whether face to face, via telephone or in writing, with customers and colleagues, clearly understanding and responding to their needsProvide ‘front of house’ services at the property as requiredProvide effective monitoring and management of residents including arrears, behaviour issues, maintenance and damageProvide a decisive and effective response to customer complaints and arbitrate tenant disputes to effective resolution following the core operating proceduresEnsure compliance, security and integrity of customer dataReceive and process front office payments and invoicesComplete customer check-ins / outs and other resident processes in a timely and accurate manner in line with the core operating proceduresProcess and respond to sales enquiries in a timely mannerPerform viewings for customers in line with the core operating proceduresAttend information events and fairs to provide information to potential customersCo-ordinate with Managers on property merchandising and marketing collateral within the city i.e. Show flats, exterior banners, site hoardings, reception areas, social media etcUndertake regular building patrols to identify any maintenance requirements or Health and Safety risksUndertake scheduled flat inspections and recording of same.Record, log and monitor any maintenance issues that may arise within the property and liaise with the facilities team to ensure their timely repairUpdate Property Documentation Files as requiredAs you can see, this is a busy, hands-on role.To be considered for this role, you must possess : Experience in business to customer salesA PBSA / BTR / Customer service backgroundStrong business operating systems including Microsoft OutlookStrong customer serviceA can quickly learner with processes and systems.Strong and effective communication both orally and in writingSupporting emergency on-call duties on a rota basisPrevious administrative experience
