Location : Oldham Area Greater Manchester

Job Type : Permanent Fulltime

Salary : per annum (depending on experience)

We are seeking a skilled Residential Property Solicitor with 3 years PQE to join our clients vibrant and expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions working with a range of clients including firsttime buyers homeowners and property investors.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion including sales purchases leases and remortgages.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients ensuring they are informed throughout the process.
  • Conduct property searches and liaise with third parties including estate agents and mortgage lenders.
  • Prepare and review legal documents including contracts transfer deeds and completion statements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices within residential property law.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptional client service.

About You :

  • Qualified Solicitor with 3 years PQE in residential property law gained within a reputable law firm.
  • Strong understanding of residential property transactions and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team managing your own caseload effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
