As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at FourPointZero, you'll connect talented professionals with pioneering companies in immersive technology. This Trainee Recruitment Consultant position offers comprehensive training and development, setting you on a path to become a full 360° recruitment consultant in an exciting and evolving sector.

What You'll Do as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • Learn the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
  • Build genuine relationships with both clients and candidates in the immersive tech sector
  • Understand client requirements and match them with suitable candidates
  • Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the selection process
  • Use AI and digital platforms to identify and connect with tech talent
  • Develop business development skills to grow your own client base over time

    You'll begin with our comprehensive 12-week training academy covering everything from recruitment fundamentals to industry-specific knowledge about immersive technology. We'll set achievable targets that grow with your confidence, and pair you with an experienced consultant who'll mentor you through your development as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

    After 6-9 months, you'll progress to handling your own client accounts while continuing to receive support from senior team members. By 12-18 months, many of our trainees have advanced to full consultant roles with their own client portfolios and significantly increased earning potential.
